Coatings International, L.L.C. has developed a formulation that will outperform current materials and products used for decking and hull refurbishing. Hull formulations are centered around the anti fouling properties of Forever Bond™ Marine and is a high performance coating with unique properties, leaving it in a class of its own.
With the high costs of sand blasting (up to $450,000 USD) for tankers, pressure washing under high pressure is becoming the norm in most cases. Coating over other anti fouling materials and other “hard” debris is accepted.

Our PSE Marine is a “ONE-STEP PROCESS!”. Once prep is done, the product is sprayed on to the thickness desired to attain a smooth hull product. And with faster turn-around in application the client saves valuable “out of service” time.
Floatation
The markets for long lasting floatation mediums are increasing around the world. Flotation needs from docks, marinas to home sites are increasing. The market for refurbishing existing floatation mediums is also expanding.
Coatings International, L.L.C. has developed polyurea coating formulations that enhance the life of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and concrete floatation mediums by decades.
Slower reacting formulas (45 sec.) allow consistently smooth, glass-like surfaces, which have been unobtainable with polyurethane and tar coatings. Forever Bond™ can be applied without a primer and in any weather, providing our customers with immediate labor and time savings over any present polyurethane coating systems. For those clients not presently using a coating over concrete, Forever Bond provides a fool proof system to enhance longevity and protection of these products.
Additional benefits: Abrasion resistance, impact resistance, maintenance free, protection from moisture by encapsulation (waterproof), shrinks proof, weather-proof and rapid cure times.
