With set and production costs increasing, sets and scene structures are being made of structural foam. It is less expensive to build these sets and structural features using structural foam and coat them with pure polyurea for strength, durability, waterproofing, and lower application costs.

The TV series Vampire Diaries required not only strength for the floor of the giant Foam Cave set but also to provide waterproofing for the water fall and pool in the rear of the cave set.  Coatings International, LLC  formulated one product of Forever Bond™ to accomplish both objectives of the set designers. The job was completed in two days and the action began.

Twentieth Century Fox required a very smooth formulation of Forever Bond™ to go over a large set of crystalline foam structures.  They also needed a formula for rough texture to simulate lava rocks on another set.  Coatings international, LLC met the challenge with two specific formulations of Forever Bond™ pure polyurea. These sets can be seen in the soon to be released movie Hunger Games 2.
